Team
Pete Schroeder
President
Pete graduated from Indiana University in 1980 with a BS in Business. He has been a part of the outdoor advertising industry for over 40 years. 35 years have been with Whiteco/View Outdoor. As president of View, Pete oversees all operations in both Northwest Indiana, Chicago, and View Florida.
Prior to returning to Whiteco in 2005, Pete was vice president of real estate for a start up signage company based out of Denver, CO called Prime Outdoor Group. Over the years, Pete has been involved in all aspects of the outdoor signage business including local sales, real estate and operations.
Pete believes in the art of local sales and coaches his staff on the importance of building relationships with customers; never losing site that outdoor is and will always be a main street business.
Sherri McComb
Operations and Leasing Assistant
Sherri attended IUN with a focus on American History and graduated in 1980 from Southeastern Academy in Kissimmee, FL. She then worked in the banking industry for many years in the Customer Services/Bookkeeping Departments, as a Title 1 Math/Reading Tutor in the school system and as a receptionist for Whiteco Industries before she joined the View Outdoor team. She also manages all clerical/bookkeeping responsibilities for McComb Masonry.
Sherri has worn many hats for View Outdoor. Even though her primary focus is assisting our Operations and Leasing departments she is well versed in all departments and always multi-tasking to help sales, creative, accounting, and everyone in between.
Mark Benkiel
Regional Manager
Mark Benkiel has a degree in Business Management and over 25 years of Advertising Experience working for companies such as Verizon, Alltel, AT&T, and Lamar Outdoor. His expertise ranges from print, to digital, radio and outdoor sales and management experience. He loves working with clients and finding great solutions to meeting their current business needs and problems.
Aaron Mays
Senior Account Executive
Originally from the Space Coast of Florida, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management through the University of Central Florida and Hodges University. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a diverse career across sales, digital marketing, and out-of-home advertising, holding roles with companies such as ReachLocal, OUTFRONT Media, and Wilkins Media. My experience spans everything from managing regional territories and leading client partnerships to earning top sales honors, including a national first-place President’s Club finish at OUTFRONT Media.
I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. Balancing a fast-paced career with raising my two sons keeps me grounded, motivated, and energized both professionally and personally.
Greg Hubbard
Senior Account Manager
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Tennessee. After a 29-year career in sales and purchasing with Spectrum Reach and U.S. Foods, I recently transitioned into the outdoor industry. I now live in Lakeland, Florida, where I enjoy fishing, boating, hunting, snow skiing, and supporting my daughters’ athletic pursuits. Balancing family life and outdoor adventures keeps me energized both personally and professionally.
Adelaide "Addie" Tassa-Racha
Account Executive
Addie was born in Washington D.C. our nation's capital and raised in the metropolitan area North Arlington, Virginia. She relocated to Ocala, Florida from Central New York in 2011 and is a permanent resident loving the warm and wonderful Sunshine state! She is a graduate of Marymount University of Virginia with a degree in Merchandising. During her different career aspirations, she discovered advertising to be her most sought after passion with over 10 years' successful work experience. Addie has won several awards and recognition for her exemplary performance in sales and customer service in advertising. She is a firm believer that continual billboard advertisements give our clients top-of-mind awareness and proven results within our community. She enjoys working directly with our clients showing them how to get the most value and benefit from outdoor billboard advertising while fostering long lasting satisfied partnerships. Addie also enjoys Mediterranean cuisine, living a healthy lifestyle, and loves spending quality family time with her four adult sons Jason, Brandon, identical twins Cody & Dylan and her three grandsons Harrison, Sullivan, and Atticus!
Paris Holley
Account Executive
Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, I graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. degree in Business Management. I’ve spent the past six years in the outdoor advertising industry, building relationships first with Lamar Outdoor Advertising after a career in automotive finance. I love the Out of Home industry because of the incredible people I meet and the lasting connections I make—plus, you can never turn a billboard off! I still live in Ocala with my husband, daughter, and two stepkids, and we love spending our weekends together at Disney.
