If your company is providing artwork or components for the design of a billboard, please follow these guidelines:

• File Format: Save files for Windows platform (not Mac).
• Resolution: Minimum of 300 dots per inch (DPI).
• Size: 1/4-scale from the size of the billboard's face.
    Height of Artwork = Height of Billboard Face X .25
    Width of Artwork  = Width of Billboard Face X .25
Please do not convert the feet into inches before you multiply by .25.
  Example:
  14 X 48; 14 X .25 = 3.5, 48 X .25 = 12; artwork will be 3.5" X 12"
Also, please send artwork the exact size with no bleed or extra white space around the artwork.

We try to accommodate everyone, but we are not able to open certain files.

• Acceptable Software:
    Adobe Photoshop CS2 or less
    Adobe Illustrator CS2 or less

• Acceptable Formats:
    .PSD, .AI, .PDF, .JPEG or .JPG, .TIFF, .EPS
        Please create outlines or rasterize type, and specify
        your desired PMS colors.

The more information you provide about your artwork, the better. We work closely with our clients to ensure that they are completely satisfied with their billboards. In order to render the most attractive billboards possible, we need you to provide us with high-quality images. Only crisp, clean components will reproduce accurately. Please remember that if a component renders poorly when it is printed small, it will look much worse enlarged to 100 times its original size. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for poor quality prints.
